Fans and Players of FSU Football React to the Historic 2023 Season’s End
The Florida State Seminoles finished the 2023 season with a bang, losing 63-3 to the team who had won the previous two National Championships, but they gave it their all on the field in their final game.
The Seminoles went to inexperienced players like Brock Glenn, who was coming off his first career start after guiding the Seminoles to victory in the ACC Championship Game, with a decimated roster on both sides of the ball due to transfers, injuries, and opt-outs.
The 2023 season that FSU experienced was, in many respects, magical, even though it might not have been the perfect season with a postseason berth that many players and fans had hoped for. This team will go down as one of the best in school history, whether it is for the first conference title, the victories over LSU, Clemson, and both in-state rivals, or even the camaraderie during the season’s closing games when all hope seemed lost.
Instead of always talking about the defeat and what may have occurred if things had turned out differently, players and supporters chose to express their thanks on social media for this season’s experiences.
