Welcome to Fijian Drua’s sponsorship showcase, TotalEnergies Marketing Fiji
Following the announcement of a new two-year relationship with TotalEnergies Marketing Fiji, the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua have welcomed a new member to their sponsorship venture. The top energy business has agreed to become the official energy partner of the Fijian Drua, with a deal inked today at the TotalEnergies head office in Suva.
As they prepare to begin just their third season in the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific League, Drua CEO Mark Evans said during his statement that they appreciate the cooperation. According to Evans, TotalEnergies has shown its support for rugby and sports in Fiji and around the world, particularly at the most recent Rugby World Cup, which they sponsored.
Swire Shipping Fijian Drua Men and Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua Women are just two examples of the company’s tremendous assistance, which he thinks is great for the Drua to have as a partner. The club is also grateful for the company’s support.
He continues, “Having new partners like TotalEnergies join in on this journey is a fantastic show of confidence in the Drua.” Evans thinks that the introduction of renewable energy alternatives at TotalEnergies service stations around Fiji is encouraging.
He believes that in addition to actively reducing their carbon footprint with their new partner, Palas, they will also be looking to enter the electric vehicle market as soon as infrastructure permits.
Dennis Michael Cuaycong, Managing Director of TotalEnergies Marketing Fiji, expressed his excitement about the alliance and that they are happy to be working together.
He claims that this collaboration has the potential to have a beneficial effect both on and off the field, and they are excited to support the team’s ascent to victory and add to the dynamic spirit of Fijian rugby. On the 24th of this month in Auckland, the Drua will play their first Super Rugby Pacific matchup against the Blues.
