Michigan football confirms the date of their Ann Arbor spring game in 2024.
The national champion Wolverines will play a free-to-the-public game at Michigan Stadium on Saturday, April 20, at noon, the program announced on Thursday.
Other information was not disclosed, but the spring game will be the first opportunity for supporters to witness the Michigan team in action since the team’s victory against Washington in the national championship in January.
Naturally, a lot has transpired since then, including the announcement of Jim Harbaugh as the next head coach of the NFL’s Los Angeles Chargers and the declaration of over a dozen players for the draft.
A significant portion of the nation’s top-ranked defense, along with running back Donovan Edwards and tight end Colston Loveland, are expected to return for Michigan.
Who is going to coach those players? Since Moore is still attempting to fill most of the defensive staff positions, it is still up for debate. Meanwhile, Michigan would like you to mark your calendars for the yearly spring game. In the next few weeks, stay tuned for additional information. Spring practice for the Wolverines is anticipated to start in March.
