At Singapore Eras Tour Night 5, Taylor Swift changes the lyrics to “Karma” and leans into Travis Kelce’s arms for a kiss.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end was there at Singapore National Stadium on Thursday for the fifth night of his pop superstar girlfriend’s Eras Tour run. Before they shared a kiss after the event, she altered the lyrics of “Karma” to again call him out.
After flying from all over the world to see Swift, 34, live, 34-year-old Kelce appeared to show her gratitude by altering the lyrics of Midnight’s song “Karma,” singing live, according to fan videos, “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming straight home to me.”
In a video posted to social media, attendees saw the NFL player waiting for the Grammy winner behind the stage after her performance. The Grammy winner ran into his arms for an embrace and a few tender kisses.
After seeing Kelce in the stands at the Kallang venue with friends, fans understood he would be there for the event, as seen in a photo that was shared.
Harry Clark, a buddy of the football player, also posted an Instagram Story video of himself wearing an Eras Tour wristband. He identified the National Stadium in the video. After that, he posted a second video from Swift’s performance, writing, “GO TAY TAY.”
After traveling to Philadelphia to attend his brother Jason’s tearful news conference announcing his retirement from professional football, Kelce has arrived in Singapore. During the ceremony, he talked about their family’s upbringing, which made Travis cry.
Travis last saw Swift perform live, at the first of her three Sydney gigs. From the VIP tent, he gave guitar picks to fans and encouraged his girlfriend. Backstage, the couple was seen kissing after the performance.
Swift performed two mashups during Friday’s Singapore event in the surprise songs section of the set: “False God” from Lover in conjunction with the live debut of “Slut!” from 1989 (Taylor’s Version) and “Sparks Fly” from Speak Now mixed with “Gold Rush” from Evermore.
Her final show in the city is scheduled for this Saturday, marking the end of her run of concerts in Singapore. The Eras Tour will next have a two-month hiatus before stopping in Nanterre, France, for four nights at the Paris La Dรฉfense Arena on May 9โ12.
