Four compensatory selections for the Eagles in the 2024 NFL Draft

Dillard and the Tennessee Titans agreed to a three-year, $29,000,000 contract that included a $5,990,000 signing bonus, a $13,000,000 guarantee, and an average salary of $9,666,667 each year. Dillard’s base pay in 2024 will be $9,000,000, with a $10,639,165 cap hit and a $7,792,000 dead cap value.
After being chosen in the 2019 draft, Dillard played in 43 games with the Eagles, starting nine of them. After starting five games in 2021, Dillard saw action at left tackle and guard in 2022 but did not make any starts.
