With an Amazing New Addition, Palworld Is Trying to Win Back the 97%
When Palworld, an action-adventure survival game reminiscent of Pokemon, was published in January of this year, it quickly became popular on PC and Xbox. In terms of sales and continuous players, the game shattered multiple records, rising to the position of second most played game ever on Steam.
Palworld’s Most Recent Raid Boss Update Brings Exciting New Content
Update v.0.2.0.6 for Palworld was released by developer Pocketpair on April 4, 2024; it is currently accessible on Steam and will soon be available on Xbox. The game’s first raid monster, Bellanoir, is included in this massive update along with a ton of other new features. Slabs at the new Summoning Altar will now be used by players to summon Raid Boss Pals.
It is believed that these Friends are “very powerful” and uncapturable. To oppose them, players will need to collaborate with their base companions. The Raid Boss also comes in a “extreme” form that is far more formidable and challenging for players to defeat. Pals Eggs that can be collected by players may drop after they beat Raid Boss Pals.
Palworld has also received a number of new additions, such as new Training Manual goods that let users award their friends experience points. The recently released “Ancient Technical Manual” item awards players points for ancient technology; “Recovery Meds” gradually restore a player’s HP; and “Ability Glasses,” when worn, let players view a pal’s numbers.
Additionally, three new stat-boosting goods have been added: Power Fruit, Life Fruit, and Stout Fruit. These products increase Pal’s stats when used. The update also adds new passives called “Mercy Hit,” new items called “Ring of Mercy,” new armor called “Multiclimate Undershirt,” new buildings called “Electric Egg Incubator” and “Ore Mining Site,” and new armor called “Multiclimate Undershirt.”
The Palworld Update Also Involves Several Player and Pals Changes
Some Pals have changed as a result of the upgrade, notably Kelpsea and Dumud. Pal oil of the highest caliber can now be produced by Dumud, and Pal fluids by Kelpsea. A new “sleeping” player emote is one of the player changes. Additionally, after 24 hours of real-time gameplay, anyone can pick up any item dropped by a deceased player on a dedicated server.
Players can now hurl their friends at a facility to make them labor longer if they feel like their pals aren’t putting in enough effort. Updates pertaining to bases have also been made; for example, chest filters have been added, and at the Monitoring Stand, players can now approve or reject specific tasks for their base buddies.
Along with UI upgrades, Palworld has also enhanced Pal models and textures, adjusted balance, and corrected issues. Players can now enjoy a new song that has been added to the soundtrack. An “even more content-packed update” is planned for the summer of 2024, according to the developers.
