Mark: Drua is going to fire back.
“We need to make sure we are prepared for Drua’s arrival, whether it’s by rain, sun, or other means,” he remarked.
For the elusive flyer who would sprint onto the field in Waratahs colors for the 50th time, the game will hold extra significance.
“This is our first time playing here, and hopefully this weekend we can win. “We are expecting a good clash because the Drua is doing quite well and obviously they would want to win, so it is going to be very special.”
With family ties to Nalebaleba in Navosa, the 23-year-old believes it was an honor to participate in his 50th Waratahs game in Fiji.
“It would be nice to see the faces of the many families who are traveling from the village and to represent them.”
The Fijian Drua women’s match against the Waratahs women will begin at 3.35 pm, after the Fijian Drua men’s play at 1.05 pm.
