As of Week 13, Michigan was ranked No. 2 and Georgia was ranked first according to Klatt. However, Klatt returned Michigan to the top of his top 10 rankings after the Wolverines earned their second big win and the Bulldogs labored to defeat Georgia Tech on Saturday.The top four states according to Klatt are Georgia, Washington, Oregon, and Michigan.
