The Buffalo Bills and Houston Texans Finalize Stefon Diggs Trade: Official Terms Revealed
While ESPN’s Adam Schefter initially shared details of the trade, the Buffalo Bills themselves revealed the official terms a few hours later. The trade involves Diggs, a 6th round pick in 2024, and a 5th round pick in 2025 going to Houston in exchange for a 2nd round pick in 2025.
With this trade, Diggs’ time with the Bills comes to an end. During his four-year tenure in Orchard Park, he achieved four Pro Bowl selections, one All-Pro nod, and impressive stats of 445 catches, 5,372 receiving yards, and 37 touchdowns over 66 regular-season games. However, he concluded last season with a streak of 13 games without reaching 100 receiving yards.
Moving forward, it will be intriguing to hear from general manager Brandon Beane, head coach Sean McDermott, and quarterback Josh Allen as they address this significant trade ahead of the upcoming NFL Draft in 2024. Despite some drama surrounding Diggs last offseason when he skipped OTAs, it was evident that he remained an integral part of the team as their undisputed WR1.”
