The Buffalo Bills have posted an incredible video showing the renovation of Highmark Stadium.
Following a week of continuous snowfall in Western New York, the Buffalo Bills posted a video on social media showing Highmark Stadium being cleansed of the wintry debris to return to ideal playing condition.
Before Sunday night’s thrilling AFC Divisional playoff game between the Bills and the Kansas City Chiefs, the whole stadium was evacuated. It took more than just Buffalo’s employees to clear Highmark Stadium for the postseason game; fans were paid $20 per hour to remove snow from between seats and down the aisles.
The whole arena is buried in snow in the footage, which shows snow removal beginning on Thursday. The final image is of nearly everything gone on a Sunday morning. For residents in the Buffalo region, heavy snowfall is not unusual, thus it is a remarkable accomplishment to have cleared the massive space of an NFL football stadium.
Highmark Stadium required an all-hands-on-deck snow removal operation for the second consecutive week. Prior to the Bills’ 31-17 victory against the Steelers in the Wild Card round, supporters also assisted in removing snow from the stadium.
The Bills have hosted a postseason game in the Divisional round for three of the previous four seasons, which has resulted in a lot of snow removal before to games in January.Given the history between the two clubs, Bills supporters are aware of the significance of tonight’s game versus the Chiefs.
It may be argued that it is their civic responsibility to have Highmark Stadium in as good of shape as possible before some of them jump and toss burning tables.
