Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom: Come Back to Gerudo Town to Reunite Perda and Wabbin
Explore Gerudo Town and you’ll discover Wabbin incarcerated, talking about his girlfriend Perda and their daughter Aaqlet. Here’s what you can do to reunite the family:.
Zelda’s Tears of the Kingdom: Perda and Wabbin’s reunion
Wabbin and Perda participated in a side mission in Zelda: Breath of the Wild. We even accompanied them on their first date back then. You can encounter these two lovebirds again in Tears of the Kingdom, and even with a child! It’s a nostalgic and entertaining little easter egg!
Wabbin is currently imprisoned in the underground Gerudo sanctuary, calling out for Perda and his daughter Aaqlet, after the two tragically split up. You have to get yourself arrested by breaking the law in order to get nearer to Wabbin. Giving up your clothes would be a simple way to break the commandment.
The women of Gerudo do not want a nude man to be loose in their community. You can speak with Wabbin after you’ve imprisoned him in a cell, and he’ll tell you everything about the time he spent apart from his wife and daughter, Aaglet.
Prior to speaking with Wabbin once more, speak with Perda in Zelda TotK. You will learn that the young girl’s mother works at the clothes store outside once you have a conversation with her. The “clothing shop” is actually a secret club, and the entrance to the sewerage system is buried on the northeast wall. You have to find it to enter. Make your way beneath the building and up through the ceiling to enter the secret club.
You can inform Perda about Wabbin being imprisoned if you locate her in the hidden club. There’s not really much to do here, even if the game seems to indicate that this is a part of a side quest. The only thing you can do is talk to Wabbin and Perda, but don’t expect anything in return—the real prize is locating the hidden store, which you would not have discovered at all if it weren’t for the side mission.
